Miley Cyrus is causing a stir once again, not because she wore a bikini but because when Miley wore a bikini to the beach (duh!), she was spotted with a tattoo just below her boob which says "just breathe" (ain't that cool!). Thing is, the legal age to have a tattoo in the US is 18. Dear Miley is 16. But wait, the law is not that restrictive. You can have a tatoo even if you're under 18 as long as you have a written permission from your parents. Miley may have got it from hers.
